1913 Income Tax Law -- Special Commemorative Edition

On October 3, 1913, President Woodrow Wilson signed the Underwood Tariff Act into law. Section II of the Act created the modern United States Income Tax Law, designed to "reduce tariff duties and to provide revenue for the Government and for other purposes."
