Life is certainly not dull for reporter-turned-millionaire Jim Qwilleran and his Siamese cat sidekicks, Koko and Yum Yum. Just as Qwill prepares to exchange his hectic days as a newspaperman for a leisurely life of luxury, the newspaper staff learns that the son of a rich banker and his wife have been murdered. To the police, it looks like a robbery gone awry. But Qwill suspects the two have been deliberately murdered. Qwill is more puzzled, however, by Koko's sudden attraction to rubber cement. Is his favorite feline's taste for paste a clue to the murderer's identity?
