9th International Conference on Parallel and Distributed Systems

Held in December 2002, the International Conference on Parallel and Distributed Systems (ICPADS) has been taking place in Asia for the past eight years. The co-chair of the 1992 ICPADS notes that the conference will move to the US in 2003. The 98 selected papers appear in two dozen sections following messages from the general and program chairs, and a list of the organizing committee chaired by professors from the National Central U., Taiwan. Contributors address topics in: parallel/distributed architectures, algorithms, and applications; wireless and mobile computing; cluster computing; communications; fault tolerant computing; performance modeling and evaluation; multiprocessor scheduling; and Internet computing.
