I've been a follower of Ann Louise Gittleman and her plans for nearly two decades. By following her cutting edge advice over the years, I've improved my blood panels, lost weight, eradicated parasites, increased my mental clarity, enhanced my health in general and remained younger than my chronological age. And now I am thrilled to begin her Radical Metabolism program. In recent years I've lost the function of my thyroid, experienced menopause and had my gallbladder removed - any one of these can play havoc with metabolism, but I've hit the trifecta by acquiring all three. That's why I'm so pleased to begin rebuilding and rebooting my metabolism with this plan.
