Each volume begins with a map that notes the historical tribal location and fast facts on housing, food, clothing, and language. Topics covered include history, government, and beliefs. Each book also includes a legend. Since these subjects are dealt with in a single page of text, no more than an overview is presented. The full-page, color photographs are attractive, but largely decorative. A recipe or craft concludes each volume. Consider these offerings where the need for additional titles on Native Americans is great.
