In The Flames

In The Flames contains poems that were hand written in my journal at my lowest times. There were times that my emotions overwhelmed me so much to the point that it felt as if my body was on fire.Part one takes you through the year after my biggest heartbreak - when I felt most alone. Whereas, part two guides you through my mind when I realize that heartbreak can actually mean something much bigger when the person breaking your heart is yourself.When I was at my worst, when I couldn't see past the smoke, when everything felt hopeless ... These poems helped extinguish the fire.
