Poor, shoddy, pass-off for the price

Have purchased Rick Steves France, Lonely Planet France, Fodors and Frommers. I made a mistake when I bought Frommers France, mistaking it for Fodors France. This Frommers France digital version is a disgrace. How Frommers can market this version without a contents section or (at worst) even an index is beyond comprehension. To wade through this ridiculous digital travel book you have to use the "search-this-book" function which is like a mini-google and will deliver up hundreds of search results depending on the input. I wouldn't recommend searching on "paris" which is what Frommers digital version apears to think all France consists of. On the other hand, don't even bother searching on Corsica, because they don't even cover the island. It's junk and doesn't deserve the single star I've been forced to give it to provide a rating. Don't waste your money. Any of the other digital guide books are way better. Read more
