A Sensible Way to Reduce Weight

Ellie Krieger knows how to write a guide to weight loss that makes sense. Her tips and suggestions are sensible, easy to achieve and not expensive (if purchases are needed). Set up to guide you through 12 weeks of better eating, I've found that going through the chapters as I've incorporated the changes suggested in that week's chapter, rather than literally moving through the book in 12 chronological weeks, to my advantage. By moving a little slower than designed, I'm able to better incorporate Krieger's guidance. It took me a long time to achieve my current weight - it's going to take me a while to remove the excess.
