Lots of diabetics lapse into depression because they feel as though they can't eat anything tasty. If you know someone like that, buy them this book. If they enjoy cooking, they'll be delighted. Alternatively, if someone else in their house likes cooking, it may be better to give it to them. Don't be silly enough to gift a book to someone who won't appreciate it or who will foist it onto someone else who may not. In this case, I made the right choice. Read more
